Frankiek.com uses two shipping methods:\u00a0U.S. Postal Service & UPS package delivery.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at its destination. For Standard shipping, the time varies based on the distance your order is traveling but typically takes one to five business days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Simply return the unworn item(s) in their original condition for an even exchange or refund. No refunds or even exchanges after 30 days of purchase.

Enclose the original sales receipt with the return.\u00a0 Allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return.\u00a0 Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If you are exchanging a product, please indicate on the original receipt what item(s) you are exchanging and the new item you want. Some of Frankie K Clothing’s\u00ae graphic garments are hand screen printed, due to the screen printing design process on some garments it is natural for some of the dye colors to fade when washed into the garment fabrics, giving them a vintage look.<\/p>\r\n

Frankie K Clothing’s\u00ae Cut & Sew garments are made from raw fabrics. All garments are inspected for quality purposes, it is natural for possible human error to occur, we stand behind our products 100%.
