Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days once your payment has been confirmed.
Frankiek.com uses two shipping methods: U.S. Postal Service & UPS package delivery.
Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at its destination. For Standard shipping, the time varies based on the distance your order is traveling but typically takes one to five business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@frankiek.com so we can make your shopping experience at FrankieK.com a pleasant one. Simply return the unworn item(s) in their original condition for an even exchange or refund. No refunds or even exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
Item(s) must not have been worn or washed. Item(s) MUST be in their original condition. Any item(s) that show signs of wear or has been damaged will not be accepted for return. Frankie K Clothing® Ltd retains the right to non-refund.
Enclose the original sales receipt with the return. Allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
If you are exchanging a product, please indicate on the original receipt what item(s) you are exchanging and the new item you want. (Exchanges will be of equal or lesser value). An even exchange will depend on stock availability. Please include your contact information phone/email and shipping information. An email confirmation will be sent notifying you on the status of the return, exchange and or out of stock item.
Insure your return. The package must be sent via your choice of delivery service, if you use United States Postal Service, please send using Registered Mail. We encourage you to Request a return receipt confirmation, this will ensure that we will receive your package back. We ask that you follow these instructions exactly; we ask this, so in case there is an unforeseen reason that we do not receive your package back, we then unfortunately can not process your return. We appreciate your understanding.

PRINTING
Some of Frankie K Clothing’s® graphic garments are hand screen printed, due to the screen printing design process on some garments it is natural for some of the dye colors to fade when washed into the garment fabrics, giving them a vintage look.
CUT & SEW
Frankie K Clothing’s® Cut & Sew garments are made from raw fabrics. All garments are inspected for quality purposes, it is natural for possible human error to occur, we stand behind our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us at info@frankiek.com.
